What actually happens while you get on with it.
A feature list tells you what software has. This is what a Tuesday looks like when the phone, the floor, the restaurant, the channels and the books are all the same system.
of the moments below needed nobody on your team to remember them. That is the whole product argument, in one number.
A guest calls about tomorrow night
Aria answers, checks real availability, quotes your actual rate and takes the booking before the caller hangs up.
AutomaticAria, the AI receptionist
Last night's no-show is released
The room is back on sale, the first night is charged to the card on file, and the guest is messaged, before the desk opens.
AutomaticAutopilot
Today's cleaning sheet is already written
Built from the day's arrivals and departures, same-day turnovers marked urgent, and spread across the shift by minutes rather than room count.
AutomaticNobody, it generated overnight
The rate for next Friday moves
Pace is ahead and your comp set is priced above you. Yield shows the factors and the reasoning; you apply it, and it lands on every OTA.
Your callYou, in one click
Room 311 passes inspection
It becomes sellable, and the receptionist on shift is told which arriving guest can now check in. No radio call.
AutomaticNobody, the alert fired itself
A guest asks for late checkout
On WhatsApp. Nobody is arriving into that room today, so it is offered at your price, charged to the folio, and housekeeping's deadline moves.
AutomaticThe AI concierge
Two rounds at the pool bar
Rung up on a phone: prints to the kitchen, posts to the room folio with tax split, and deducts the spirit and the mixer from stock.
AutomaticOne tap, at the table
An arrival checks themselves in
At the kiosk, verified on the last four digits of their phone, and they walk off with a room number and a QR for the guest app.
AutomaticThe guest
Extra towels for 204
Tapped in the guest app. A task is raised, assigned to whoever is lightest on that floor, and their phone buzzes. The guest sees it turn to done.
AutomaticNobody, it assigned itself
The day closes itself
Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and the revenue split are snapshotted, the business date rolls, and the month's GL export already balances.
AutomaticOne action
Everything a hotel does. On one system.
Not a shortlist of highlights, all 0 capabilities across 10 areas, every one of them reading and writing the same data. Pick an area.

Same platform. Set up for your kind of property.
A twelve-key villa and a ninety-room resort need the same data model and completely different defaults. We configure the second one for you, the modules, the rate structure, the automation, before you ever log in.

Map my setupFewer systems. Fewer people retyping.
The gain is not a faster PMS. It is the work that stops existing once the restaurant, the floor, the channels and the phone are all writing to the same place.
Most hotels come to us paying four vendors to not talk to each other.
We start by mapping what you actually run today, including the parts where a specialist tool still beats us, and load your rooms, rates and channels before the demo, so you are looking at your own hotel, not a sandbox.
Map my setupLive in about a week. Not a six-week implementation.
Most of what makes a PMS migration take two months is a vendor waiting on you. We do the loading, the channel reconnection and the training, and we cut over on a quiet day with somebody from our team sitting with yours.
We map what you run today
A call where we write down every system you touch, the PMS, the channel manager, the POS, the spreadsheet the night manager keeps. Including the places a specialist tool still beats us, because you should know that before you sign, not after.
We load your property
Room types, rooms, rate plans, policies, taxes, your channels and your existing forward bookings. You get a demo of your own hotel, your room numbers, your prices, rather than a sandbox with somebody else's data in it.
We train your team on their own screens
Front desk, housekeeping and F&B separately, on the real setup, in a session each. The staff app is on their phones the same day. Nobody learns a demo property and then has to relearn yours.
You go live, with us watching
We pick a low-arrival day, cut over, and sit with you through the first check-ins and the first night audit. Then we keep monitoring the property, it is our software on our infrastructure, so a problem is ours to find.
The four things everybody asks before they switch.
Straight answers. If one of them is a dealbreaker, better to find out on this page than on a call.
Ask a fifth question- Will we lose our forward bookings?
- No. Existing reservations are imported before cutover, with their guests, rates and deposit terms, so the calendar you go live on is already full of the business you have sold.
- What about our OTA connections?
- Your Booking.com, Agoda and Expedia connections are set up with you during onboarding and tested with a real change before you rely on them. Until a channel is connected, it keeps running from its own extranet exactly as it does today, so nothing is switched off before its replacement works.
- Are we locked into a contract?
- No long contract. If it stops earning its place, you leave, and you leave with your data: a public REST API, CSV exports on every report and a balanced GL export.
- Who do we call at 11pm?
- Us. We build, host, monitor and support Orian ourselves, in your timezone. There is no reseller in the middle and no ticket queue in another hemisphere.
Works with
Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Airbnb connect through the built-in channel manager, set up with you during onboarding. Need something custom? We build integrations.
The boring questions, answered properly.
Not a badge wall. These are the specific engineering decisions behind your guests' card details, your staff's access and your ability to walk away, the things worth checking before you move a hotel onto anything.
We never hold a card number
Only the gateway's token is stored, alongside the brand, last four digits and expiry, and the code refuses any value that looks like a full card number. Pre-authorisations hold; captures post a real payment. Payment links let a guest confirm an amount without card data ever reaching the server.
- Tokenised card on file
- Full card numbers rejected outright
- PCI-safe payment links
Every role sees only its own job
Permissions are one key per module, enforced in three independent layers, the route guard, the navigation and the API itself, so a hidden menu item is not the security model. Exactly one protected super admin exists and cannot be deleted, deactivated or demoted by anyone.
- Role-based access control
- Enforced at the API, not just the UI
- Protected super admin
Everything is written down
Every status change, money movement and permission grant lands in an audit trail with who did it and when, including denied attempts. The AI is held to the same standard: Autopilot's actions are logged like a human's, and anything touching a guest waits for approval.
- Full audit trail
- Denied attempts logged
- AI actions logged and reviewable
Nothing is locked in
A public read REST API for bookings, rooms and availability, keyed per property. HMAC-signed webhooks with a delivery log. CSV on every report, an Excel workbook for the lot, and a balanced double-entry GL export for Xero or QuickBooks. Leaving is a download, not a negotiation.
- Public REST API
- Signed webhooks with delivery log
- CSV, Excel and GL exports
Hosted and monitored by us
